Ms. Petty is a State Bar Certified Criminal Law Specialist, and is dedicated to assisting people charged with criminal offenses.

She has spent her legal career defending the rights of the accused and ensuring they receive the best possible defense. Ms. Petty has relocated her practice from the
greater bay area, bringing her experience and expertise to the central coast. She is currently accepting new clients in both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
Her successes include first degree murder prosecutions, and other life-term offenses, “three strikes” cases, and numerous other serious felony matters. Her areas of practice also include DUI, misdemeanor, traffic and DMV matters. In addition to adult cases, Ms. Petty is also highly experienced in juvenile court, representing both children and parents.
